MSI wind gets official pricing and launch date (US only)

Et voila le concurrent de l'eee pc 900vient de faire un pas en avant. En effet MSI vient d'annoncer la date de sortie, le 3 juin, ainsi que les prix de ces deux modeles, $399 pour le 8.9" et linux et $549 pour le 10 inch avec linux ou XP.

- 80GB de disque dur
- Batterie de 3 cells pour environ 2.5h d'autonomie

L'asus eee 900 n'a pas interet de prendre trop de retard dans ses livraisons pour l'amerique du nord car la guerre risque d'être dure et serrée.

The new competitor to the Asus eee 900, the MSI wind just gets official pricing, $399 for the 8.9" and $549 for the 10", and launch date, June 3rd. The 8.9" is only available with linux SuSe, whereas the 10" is available with linux or XP.

Looks like ASUS had better get that Atom-based Eee 900 out June as planned if it wants to keep up.

Asus eee pc 900 now available

On savait qu'il était prevu pour aujourd'hui, et Asus a respecté son calendrier.
Il est annoncé a $600 pour la version XP, et à $566 en linux.
